Funny no one here mentioned this ahead of time. Sounds pretty feeble to me. Anyone have any details?

Trooper calls Thermo Tech's tactics outlandish

Trooper Technologies Inc TPP
Shares issued 18,120,364 May 20 close $2.05
Wed 20 May 98 News Release
Also Thermo Tech Technologies Inc (TTRIF)
Mr. Stan Lis of Trooper Technologies reports
In yet another outlandish tactic aimed at attempting to either frustrate or
impede Trooper's rights to have Thermo Tech comply with the existing order
of the Honourable Mr. Justice Cohen pronounced on Jan. 20, 1998, Thermo
Tech yesterday purported to terminate Trooper's eastern European licence
agreement with same.
Needless to say, Trooper continues to assert most strenuously that any
suggestions contained in Thermo Tech's purported notice of termination are
wholly and completely without merit and that Trooper has at all times
abided by and complied with the terms of the agreement and intends to do so
in good faith.
As Trooper shareholders are aware, Trooper has previously filed
applications in the British Columbia Supreme Court, seeking the imposition
of punishment against Thermo Tech and Thermo Tech Waste Systems for their
continued contempt of the order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Cohen. These
applications are and continue to be necessary in view of the continued and
willful disobedience of such order requiring Thermo Tech companies to
deliver to Trooper and International Eco-Waste Systems S.A., all standard
certified engineering specifications, including drawings, regarding
thermophilic plants. In view of the non-compliance of the Thermo Tech
companies, Trooper is seeking to have substantial fines imposed upon them.
This matter is scheduled for hearing May 21, 1998.

Troopers,

I have just returned to my office after a full day of meetings to discover the recent inaccurate allegations posted by Izzie Silverman.

I am not only impressed with your insight into the false information posted this afternoon, I am amazed that almost each and every one of you recognized how phoney this set-up is.

I am proud of each and every one of you. Here is a news release issued by Trooper earlier today.
