Mark:

I am fully aware of the contradiction most of us have: longterm holders that micromanage every minute of the trading day.
Compound this with the expectations one has with all the money one dreams one can make or the panic of loosing it. Too much for the nervous system.

On paper, things today, were not good. In the real world things were fine.

In a way our shares are dogs on a leash, they sometimes run ahead, sometimes lag, run sideways etc, but there is a limit to this and it has to do with whom/what holds the other end of the leash: the real world enterprise.

Relax, don't press the sell button, at least on DGIV

Mark ... I am certainly no Mr. D and came to DGIV very late. Bought another 500 shares in the past 5 days at $7 and again at 6 3/4. I also have more money than I can afford to lose in this one and in TSIS (another long termer which I have a great deal more money tied up in ... but have been in it a long time and have been averaging up and down). Anyway, I am not selling. Whenever I can sell something other than TSIS I am hoping to buy more. Granted, I have had a "valium" and "prozac" week or two, and have seen my portfolio fall enough (on paper) ... an amount I could live on for a year ... but I AM NOT SELLING. So I take a couple aspirins and go to bed early (like 4 pm) and live to buy (if I can find the $$) another day. Take a deep breath, do some mantras and try to not think about it. Difficult, I know, but if the fundamentals have not changed and if, in fact, they have gotten better. Then it's just a matter of time and you will be rewarded. As I told Triple Jane ... TSIS will make me rich, DGIV will make me a very happy gal!!

Mr. Jordan,
What we are expecting next week is a form 10 filing to the SEC, not a NASDAQ application (however that might be as well). A form 10 officaially makes us a reporting company to the SEC and is a BIG step to credibility. It will also be an audited report of all the companies
assets, shares, revenues, operating expenses, the whole shabang. It will all be laid out for the public to see and will be an official SEC filing. (Also it is a requirement for NASDAQ listing)

Mark, as you said it would be better not to expect something by next Friday. DGIV will file for NASDAQ. And we'll still have to wait for awhile after that. I too have a paper loss. I sold other holdings today to support the DGIV price.
Folks, if you can put some GTC limit orders at 5 7/8 it would be appreciated. No amount is too small. Let's get a floor under DGIV.
