the sudden spurt on good news and the selloff afterwards was nornal day traders play.

The chart is very nice, shows steady accumulation (buys at ask) for several weeks prior to the 1/4 rally a week ago or so. I am looking for re-enrty....

I am not a fundamental analyst, so appreciate other comments on the business side of the company.

I agree with all of the above except the timing. The restructuring may have been precipitated/accelerated because of a slower than expected quarter. I expect we're still at least a quarter away from profitability.
