Angel, Kudos my man! And, I, for one can't wait to hear Daddy's summary of his meeting with Morgan. IMO, outwardly, it appears that RMCW has been attempting to finalize the merger earnestly. I also know Gary Morgan has been working on other deals also. I hope Daddy's meeting will shed some light on what RMIL is planning for the relative future, trading and merger.
If Morgan, and this is pure conjecture, is not actively, enthusiastically, attempting to finalize the merger in leiu of other deals and/or directions, a 8K is mandatory to inform shareholders of the current status and forward looking statements. Shareholders must be informed of new developments and perhaps Bigs was able to gather info on any of these developments.
If , on the otherhand, RMCW has not secured its' financing via the investor or 3rd party loan, it should put all of this on the table too.
Many of us got in for the squeeze and the war Morgan proclaimed on the shorts...

Subject: Midnight call from our CEO

Well All, It's midnight and I just got off the telephone with OVIS CEO, Gary Morgan.

He heard about this slander this evening and started criminal actions against those short sellers this afternoon.

Gary Morgan contacted the NASD tonight and filed a complaint against the short sellers from Orange County, CA (Irvine to be exact). Mr. Morgan also knows who they are and an official at NASD said that what the shorts have done is a criminal act against Olympus Ventures, Inc. and it's shareholders. It turns out that OVIS has not been dissolved in WA State, but a filing error was in the paperwork and was corrected and OVIS is still incorporated in WA. State. The shorters concerning even filed to get the name Olympus Ventures, Inc. but this has been overturned as we speak. more evidence against those concerned!<<<<<

I hope the general is aware that his troops are on the front lines fighting the fight, I hope the general is leading us down the right path!
