Are you saying that TPII has no exclusivity for Vertex 2000 for Canada? If so, is this information published?

If it's true, I think this will matter as I don't want TPII competing with other companies for contracts using the same technology.

Been searching, reviewing, and reading and cannot come to any other conclusion at this time, other than that this indeed, is basically just a name change transfer. Same offices, address, etc. I think that the bottom line for TPII is that there will be no fundamental change in relationsip to Vertex, whether TPIII choses to employ it or not. Any thoughts ?
