There are no problems, that I am aware of in 2.0. I have seen a final copy of manual and the logoed disk. The early download is being worked. Vaporware, no, a well-tested product, yes. Like every piece of software, I have seen little problems might crop up. May is not over.

For those looking around, I don't think you will find any better bang for the dollar than 2.0. I personally would only consider TC2000 as a second choice.

I think "the faithful" will be disappointed by any program that doesn't have the ability to do custom scans. That's the power of QP2. And that's where your own power lies, in your ability to create scans based on your trading systems and mindset. I think you'll find that QP2 was worth the wait. As Gonzongo has said, you can create just about any scan imaginable. Gary has said the program is coming out soon. I wouldn't give up yet.

As for it being "vaporware": "Sometimes we see a cloud that's dragonish; a vapor sometime like a bear or lion ...."

Vapor in the guise of a lion: Data without custom scanning.

QP2 isn't just vapor. With its fast custom scanning, it goes in for the kill.

I know we have had a long wait for Quotes Plus Version 2. But does anybody else remember Investor Alliance and their Power Investor Software. In a newsletter they published in December 199? Paul Perkins, their head honcho, said Power Investor is now shipping. I immediately ordered a copy. Investors Alliance shipped Power Investor in late August and September of the following year. Surprisingly most people patiently waited for Power Investor then as we do now waiting for Quotes Plus Version 2.
