justa, dude, please lay off weith the heavy detergent. i can only take so much brainwashing ;-) hey, i'm not sure that bob hasn't outperformed the s&p WHEN ALL HIS RECS ARE TAKEN IN CONTEXT.

imagine doing something level headed like that. what is a 1900%+ gain on 4% of ones assets ;-) boy, that isn't enough, is it? ;-)

so bob made 74% in 7 months and rill nailed him for selling too soon. i bet if it gets cut in half tomorrow we don't hear rill bringing it up anymore ;-)

i think bob's macro analysis is interesting. i also think he may be a closet momentum investor who has been VERY LUCKY. maybe not, though.

i'm quite confident that rill's purpose here is not to provide a fair analysis of bob. i think they may be a little jealous of his celeberity and want to knock him down. hey, closet momentum geek or not, more power to him. his success doesn't make me a failure.

i try and build up myself and not tear down others.

Re: " I suggest if anyone thinks this guy is way out of bounds, then they should not ask him any questions or offer him any praise for anything that may appear on the surface to be legitimate."

I agree completely.

Re: "I suggest you and everyone check ot the UTEK Yahoo board where Rillinois appears to have clearly lost his mind by reposting stuff he has reposted before."

I believe that individual has offered no new information for the past month or more. Rather, the individual repeats (probably copies verbatim) the same ideas over and over and over and over and over. The least that person can do is to learn how to conserve on SI's storage requirements by simply typing in the URL to one of his/her many repetitive previous posts.

Best wishes,

I2

Hi Justa,

I've been lurking on this thread for nearly a year, now. I've been listening to BB since '94. His broadcasts make the stock market accessible to me, because they give me an available forum in which to learn the technical terms and strategies of investing. My education is further enhanced by my affiliation w/SI, and my own research.

I stopped reading rillinois' posts a long time ago. They are a waste of time because they don't teach me anything. I'm responsible for my own decisions, and I'm not interested in a selective repetition of Brinker's newsletter or quotes.

There is too much useful info on the SI boards to spend any valuable time on r's postings. As a matter of fact, I've been skipping the replies to his posts because they, too, are unnecessary.

So as to avoid being entirely negative, let me say that with the exception of rillinois' posts, I do read every other post on this thread, because, inevitably, I learn something valuable. And because it's a pleasure. Thank you, one and all, for your time and efforts.

Have a good day.
