>>>I'm not sure what the Panasonic deal has to do with Zulu-tek.<<<

I think it helps. And most would agree.

>>>There ain't no merger (yet) and, as somebody else suggested, I don't see much sense in a laptop/internet advertising merger in the first place.<<<

There are many components, of which Laptop Solutions is one. Moreover, Laptop's engineering division could be very helpful in R&D work.

>>>ZULU wants the NASDAQ listing.

ESVS wants to keep the NASDAQ listing.<<<

Indeed they do. A nice marriage actually. Hope they have better luck than most American couples.

>>>Laptop products are an inconvenience for ZULU, as is internet advertising an inconvenience for ESVS, because neither one will be able to explain what the hell one has to do with the other.

Yea, yea, ESVS will get a deal on advertising, and ZULU will have something to advertise. Like with SIM and Ziff-Davis, only a lot smaller.<<<

You left out N.B. Digital which will work in tandem with EchoMedia.

Personally, I think it all fits nicely. I want to know a bit more about the electronic commerce side of the operations. What exactly will this mean and how extensive will it become for the company?

And of course, one of the best things going for Zulu is its bluechip client base. This is undeniable.
