With the stock up to 45 cents it appears that the MEO principals chose a good time for their money grab. The rumours must be good. JP

JP, this is the most miserable company in the whole ADP.

Remember this ditti from Tuesday, Feb 17:

Mr Patrick Power reports:

The company's directors have approved a consulting agreement between the company and Kenneth Davies dated as of August 1 1997, wherein the company will pay $5,000 per month for two years and thereafter on a month-to-month basis. The company will issue options to purchase shares in the capital stock of the company to Mr Davies, and reimburse Mr Davies' reasonable disbursements and expenses for consulting services provided by Mr Davies.

According to Canada Stockwatch, Mr. Davies became a director of YBM Magnex International in March, 1996. He was apparently also a substantial and original shareholder.

With credentails like that, I wonder exactly what the "nature" of his consultations is?
