I believe you are correct, last I heard it has already been shipped to manufacturers and will be available to consumers effective June.25th(?) Also it was reported that the mfg have already started installing them on to their PCs. Let's us hope DOJ won't through another monkey wrench into this on going saga.

Just think that in less than two months (until July 18), you will have doubled the number of shares. If Dell stays the same price, two months from now a $ 50 stock does not seems (psychologically) that expensive.
Hey BTW, I can only buy 21 shares of Dell for the just opened Roth IRA. That sucks.
