Bob,

I will check. I remember from previous posts which stated that Amzn had filed 10K(?) for a rather large number of shares authorization.

I also think that analysts' out-years estimates are frequently un-reliable.

p.s. Bob, just read your note re-split eps adjustment. Maybe the analysts are just like that; simple-minded. Funny, right.
