Question to all: With the financing secured and the inherent benefits that it brings(clean balance sheet, elimination of REG S & other shares issued for financing, operating capital, additional Board seats for those from financing source), what price per share should AGTI be trading at?

MiriamsSon, First let me say that tgs59 began this little battle by coming onto this thread repeatedly and trashing the stock. I never understood fully why he would want to do this as he stated regularly that he was a competitor and had none of the stock himself. This went on for quite awhile before all of this began and I will say that I for one resented it because he undoubtedly did a lot of damage to the stock prices at the time. That being said, this recent garbage is, in my opinion, doing much more damage than even the earlier tgs59 posts. Sigmass, you guys are playing right into their hands and losing the "battle" in the process. You guys are scaring away potential investors with all of this, and discouraging the rest of us. AND...you are helping them increase the activity of their own site in the process. I don't know what you expect to gain by all of this, but it sure would be great if this board could go back to professional investment discussions. You have no idea how this looks to newbies looking in. Come on guys, at least take it over there if you insist on going on with it.
