Has the date that the warrant dividends are to be declared been established? If it has not, there are a lot of sellers that are playing a guessing game...

Doesn't matter. Whoever's holding the shares on the date they're issued gets the warrants.

Same as dividends or stock splits -- the record date is irrelevant.
