You gotta like what the guy is saying...even following a QWST like approach just in case IT IS LEGAL...he is covering all the bases...and if people aren't spending enough get rid of them! That's the deal...
It just makes sense...let the other guys lose money on them.

Anonymous: my guess is that the stock may be reaching the oversold area as well as bouncing off its 200 ema.But the main reason may be the street wanted more than T cutting expenses they wanted to see or hear in this case of a pro active gameplan to regain market share.
although all these announcements w/internet co.s should have helped.
then the SBC/AIT merger may have scared some folks. I figure armstrong
has got some deals in the works and its a matter of time before they aquire someone big or something drastic because the clock is ticking
and if u stand still u lose and he's smart enuf to know that. I just averaged down last week (thurs or fri) so i believe in 3 months or less we'll be back to 65 area if not sooner.
