John, In my conversations with the company, they indicated that they would FIRST prefer to fund acquisitions through normal credit channels with conventional lenders.

As a SECOND alternative, they said they could use some ANFS shares if needed. They also said they could look at a combination of those 2 processes.

I don't know all the details of the ANFS deal other than what they put out publicly that indicated ANFS acquired the Real Estate Television Network from JNNE in exchange for ANFS stock.

It sounds like the JNNE-ANFS relationship initiated the development of the program that is now used through Costco Stores.

JNNE is apparently a "joint venture partner" in the deal that ANFS has with Costco. That's how I understand it anyway. You might contact the company for verification or to further clarify the picture.
