These stocks trade on pure momentum and exhuberance. No one takes the time to look at fundamentals or technicals. Technicals show the stock extremely overbought. Fundamentals show that the company has significant cash requirements and no strategic partners.

Remember phase 1 testing involves testing for safety. Maximum Dose Tolerated.
