No Fair - - I can tell by the tone of your posts that Chucaupt gave you a decoder ring in the desert and now you are starting to post like him. Do you have a broken jar of decimals too? VBG

Charles,

All my life I have played it safe, so I deserve one shot
on the wild side, to tempt fate.

I seems to remember 20 million shares unsold.

At .01 how many do you want.

Since you are knowedgeable about mining, and I is not,
even if I control more than you, I will put you in charge.

Should we hire Richard, to help us ?

Doug

Charles, you will take control? Meaning you will buy 50%, or a little more than 10 MM shares. No big deal at a penny per share, only $100,000. Fine you now have control. What is your next step? You need some money to get the company going, right, let say you are better than current management and your burn rate won't be $5 MM year, just $2 MM. Well, at a penny a share you go out and sell, 200 MM shares?, Guess what, you are no longer in control (G).
