2/3 baby-AT

I do not think your upgrade path is straight forward. I have no experience here but there is a difference between AT and ATX. AT is the older form factor and very few new motherboards are AT. Some motherboard manufacturers still make AT boards but they are usually for the server environment.

Your case is 2/3 baby -AT so an AT motherboard will not fit in this case. Neither the ATX board. If by some stroke of luck an ATX board would fit you would have other problems. You will need an ATX power supply. It seems to me you are looking at a new machine. What else is left? You are replacing your motherboard, CPU , harddrive and you will at minimum need a new case and power supply ($89 to $150). You will also most likely need to change your RAM but I am guessing on this one.
