Hi Bruce:

How can private placement people pump up the price of a stock before
they own it. Or after they own it for that matter. For the most part issuance of new shares nearly always depresses stock price. Pumping is usually done by market makers by phony recommendations, and none of that has happened to my knowledge.
IMAT price strength is coming from a different source unknown to me at this point.
