I dont know, but one thing is for sure, they wont have to worry about the $6 million or so necessary to complete development and testing of the OR360 and mri mamogram as stated in the 10q. At least, it wont it wont hurt eps in ligh of the incoming lawsuit monies. I suspect they will considerably increase their mri sales because of the exposure created by recent lawsuits and the activities of pr firm. Does anyone know how fonar's magnets stack-up pricewise to the competitions equivalent machine? If the product is as good or better and priced correctly it should sell, unless they are lacking in the push department. All signs indicate they are beginning to push.
