I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but the new president sounded very competent. His background(wish he would have named the company) seem good, and he has experience with a larger company. If the CC tomorrow goes well, I think the stock will recover. They have a good opportunity to redress the shareholder's issues tomorrow. IMO, it seems positive.

Art, as long as the net earnings from the aqusitions offsets the amount of shares issued yes, its a win situation. The problem here is we dont know the net earnings or revenues of any of the aquired companies, nor how much stock was issued for any company. Thus the problems...
