hi john:

continue with the kmart buy stop special (hehe). i would raise my buy stop to 19.50 just to be safe.

mrk still on weekly sell. right now mrk has made a good pop. again, that pop to me was a "small one blip" and i wouldn't have gone for it. even though a "sharp trader" could easy make money on that pop.
but i dont trade until the weekly buy is on..

furthermore, MRK is hampered by the 50 day ema resistance.. plot it yourself and see it.. select 50 day EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE

notice how mrk got "heavy resistance" from 50 day ema.. when i weekly sell (which i have right now), there is little "omph". short term trading can give you rewards, but at higher risk/minimal profits when the longer term picture (ie: weekly view) is on sell.

still watching KM... it can go either way at the moment.

i would start watching MRK. weekly buy is not really around the corner, but i would say bottoming is in progress.

before i couldn't say bottoming for sure.. right now, more positive.
again, anything can happen right now.

plot the 50 day ema, email/post to me what MRK breaks out from it.
