Today Datek reached a milestone in our relationship.

I received my April statement today, (two days earlier than last month, way to go Datek) and for the first time in the year I have used them, the beginning balances in both accounts are THE SAME as the ending balances from the previous month.

This is cause for celebration in my book. Now, if they could figure out how to end the month on the actual last day of the month, instead of April 24 and the like, they'd approach a real professional brokerage house.

Like I said, credit when credit is due. Thanks Datek.

Henry,

No excuse for it of course, but maybe they are just swamped with business. You could always shift some assets to another broker and trade there.
