i was just reading from exactly what is filed in EDGAR. I was going to buy some, but feel uneasy about a company that is doing most of their business outside the US. i just cannot get reliable info on it. I don't know anybody in Brazil except a couple of former Formula One race car drivers. Anybody out here, don't take this as a 'pass' advisement, i am just saying it does not fill my 'cup of tea'. I will probably lose on this one, oh well. there will be others. Also, i am just not into gold mine penny stocks.
