Are you just being silly?....Liberty Capital/Steve Cayou used TVSI as a vehicle to make Planet Sports, now Aggression Sports, a publicly traded company, your game is tiresome....I'm not a securities attorney, I'm not restructuring the company, I have my own buisness to worry about....as you have shown, the 8K discloses all the particulars...and, I believe Raabe knows much better than I what he is doing. I am no more than a shareholder. If you don't like the content of the 8K, or how they've structured the company I suggest you bring it up with them. It looks like a powerhouse to me. A better topic would be your great investment strategy of buying low and selling lower, before any PR to exploit the aquisitions. I guess now that you dumped, it's time to pump! Pugs
