Valentine, Wow, that was fast! Pleased to meet you. R1/R2 was on the list of extraneous scribble along with KP1 and KP2, and some # 5 talk that I figured I'd remove in order to let some whole words show through in the text. At one point there were so many TLAs that it looked like something that had gone through 128 bit encryption! ;-) Appreciate the fact that someone here is tuned to this, though. What you have effectively done is to corroborate my points, if you see what I mean. And where did you come across R-type signaling, if I might ask? Let me guess, Buenos Aires? Rio?
