Steve: You state: > " I doubt that he is insane , he simply has a big problem ... In order to make up for his reckless decision, he now must do everything he can to try to drive the stock back down so he can quietly exit and retrieve at least part of his investment. " There are 2 major reasons I think Bill Wexler is absolutely insane :1. When it comes to understanding the stock market and the investment world, not to mention this particular company (namely Cyberguard) he seems to be going through an out of body experiement! He (as I suggested to him once) should have a professional money manager handle his money instead of doing it himself. I suggested to him once investing in a sound mutual fund (such as the Janus Fund, Fidelity Growth Company fund, etc.) instead of trying to act like someone who knows what investing is all about!2. For some reason he thinks boards such as SI can have a profound and dramatic impact on the price of a stock! And perhaps this is the main reason I think he is absolutely insane ! What is really laughable is the fact that he continues posting the same idiotic statements (i.e. "CYBG is a fraud and will soon go to single digits, bla bla bla bla etc." ) over and over again thinking his words will cause everyone (and I mean everyone including big instituitions, all those automatic trading programs, small players, ...,... just to name a few) will act according to him and he can cause the stock to drop so he can cover with as little loss as possible! Now you tell me if I am wrong in my assumption of him being insane ! Mr. Wexler, if you are reading this, once again I strongly suggest to give your money to a professional money manager to handle (e.g. the Janus Fund or some other mutual fund with an average return of 20% annually). Losing hard earned money is a painful thing as I am sure you must know all about it by now and perhaps can write a book for me and others to read about! Regards, Addi Jamshidi
