Gary - message #557 mentions the guaranteed 29, assuming stockholder approval. The ratio of QNTM shares for ATLPA shares has yet to be determined, but roughly, it works out to: ATLPA divided by the 45 day average of QNTM.

I appear to be in the minority of ATLPA shareholders that will be pleased to receive QNTM shares. No, I'm not looking for a QNTM debate.

Some of the "backwoods" types had stated this would be an all cash deal. I prefer the stock swap.
