Convertible preferred can be converted to common starting at the beginning of this week. Also there is the dilution of about equal size to this upcoming dilution that already happen February of this year. I do not think the preferred holder will sell common during the times this stock is thinly traded. Expect him to sell as soon as volume increase. My rational here is that this guy would of not converted unless he was ready to sell and profit from the large sums of money he has invested which financed the operational costs of the company.
