I received the same from Karl, he was clarifying the 8 -10 mill which is May backlog and not the current earnings report. This backlog would affect 4th Qtr which ends in June. A lot can happen in the next 5 - 6 weeks. This was the only item he mentioned as not being fully understood from the CC (10Q clarified this item) and I don't quite view it as a negative as this is new business and anything not booked in 4th qtr will show up in 1st Qtr hopefully with other new business.
