DUMBM. -

both your examples aren't as bad as SNDK.

With the other down tech stocks it could just be market sentiment but SNDK is beginning to smell bad. The daily drop is picking up mometum and we are many weeks away from the next lifeboat ie the Q2 earnings.

Even the lifeboat might be sinking unknow to us before we get there. I hate to even mention this here but I'm so pissed off that I'm going to see about buying puts. Crazy because like everyone else here I still believe in this junk but I should have ignored my feelings on the wonders of teh future growth of this c..p and sold it instead. Sold it with everythying I had going thats the way to make money in this market. Forget about future growth. Its that stupid dream that gets everyone suckered in. Your chances of finding a real winner in NASDAQ are not as good as they appear.

So we think that the market for D Cameras is going great and MMC as well and we think that with a truck load of patents S..tDisk is going to do great and we all wind eachother up. Meanwhile Eli and some of the other management have been selling their stock.

Jerome says well thats not a lot compared with their total holdings but they got good cash for the stock they sold and what they have left is heading towards being worthless every day. Who knows how much money these guys had before S..tDisk went IPO. However much they had they have much more now and most of us have much less. Griping yes. My own fault..yes. Blame anyone else....no. But if a class action can get going then I'm in. Thats just part of "investing" in this market.

Just like Eli and other management can sell with knowledge more than us and then put up someone who can't or won't give meaningful answers to out reasonable questions then stockholders can reach for their friendly class action lawyer to restore the balance.

Once again anyone know a good class action lawyer?

And todays action....anyone want to bet we close under $15 tonight and under $10 by the end of next week?
