You have to ask how much these inside seller were worth before the SNDK IPO. What I mean is if they didn't have much money before then selling 60,000 shares at $20+ gives whoever sold more than $1,200,000. Now that might not be much compared with the total value of their SNDK holding but the stock they have left is on its way to be worth nothing and so from where they sit any stock they sell is something they will have salvaged from this debacle.

If they were millionaires before then of course my comments wouldn't be valid but if they weren't then my comment applies even more.

eg If as I guess we close under $15 tongight these guys will have saved over $120,000 just form their April sales. If they sold more in Oct and Feb and May then they will have salvaged even more for themselves.

I'd like to know if they have sold since the 60,000 and if they plan on selling more because then I would like to sell as well. Plain and simple if they are sellers then so am I.
