Big Kahuna,

Microsoft does have IE on UNIX platform, but only for
Sun's Solaris 2.5 and above. Microsoft plans to release
IE 5.0 for many UNIX platforms (Sun's Solaris, HP's HPUX,
and IBM's AIX). I am using IE 4.0 on Solaris.

In fact, Sun does have a Solaris version on PC platform,
but not popular. Linux is great on PC platform. If my
memory is correct, there is some review stating that
Linux's performance exceeds Solaris on PCs.
I've been used Linux for two years, and it never crushs.
However, Netscape 3 & 4 crush very often on my Linux.
