Jon: You are welcome. I trust they are tears of joy <g>. I think it is interesting that the ISI acquisition appears to be done with the DD component part of UTEK's business in mind primarily. There has been much discussion about ISI acquisition being done with the lithography aspect being the focal part of the discussion. It appears as though this focus has been misplaced. UTEK does appear to be trying to do an AMAT during a down cycle - namely, expanding into a new market. This could be a mistake for a small company by spreading itself too thin. On the contrary, UTEK appears to be taking advantage of the downturn to solidify its dominance in its DD niche for the future. You gotta like that especially if UTEK can do it on the cheap. Moreover, I think it is important to consider that the DD sector may well turn around before the semiconductor component of UTEK's business. And if by chance both components turn around in succession, UTEK will do very well indeed.
