The thing I posted about the trade gap is the one that will start the roll. Actually, it is Asia.
They will continue to export their problems. The Treasury will continue to print money. The Fed will be unable to move - to prevent a world wide depression . The US dollar will weaken. The Euro. will come out as a stronger currency. The Dollar will weaken even more!
As of yet, gold is only being "revalued" based on a lower dollar. The XAU is only being "revalued" based on gold price. After another 10-15% move in POG, we may see a little speculation.
At $330-350 the XAU should start seeing some real movement.
BUT, we have to assure this move continues.
