Only that he would discuss it with Ken. I don't think anyone can FORCE the BOD to buy stock anyway, but a little discussion certainly couldn't hurt. If part of Ken's job is to enhance shareholder value, this would be a good step.

The reason many board members don't buy shares in publicly traded companies is that their buy/sell windows are very short. They typically have insider information on deals that are happening, that make them insiders all the time. I am on the Board of DataWorks (Nasdaq:DWRX) and spent most of last year in insider or quiet periods because of acquisitions and was unable to acquire any additional shares.

The other comment is, as previously indicated, you hire them for their expertise not their money. Their reputations are worth more than a couple of shares of ANCR and they will make ANCR a sucess for that reason....
