B,
The EDGE numbers as best as I can remember will not be in the 10-K. I believe they will show up as a foot note. They will definitely be in the next Q. The current quarter will show a humongous increase in the revenues and a vast improvement in the operating income. Over the next 12 months EDGE should bring an additional $14 million in revenues with a net profit of around $2 million. This would be about $.10 per share just from this acquisition. Now, the LOCUS deal is something else. I believe the numbers on this deal will bring us about $40 million in revenues in the first 12 months after the acquisition closes with at least $6 million coming to the bottom line. My estimate is this would add an additional $.22 of net profit per share.

Best Regards

bgtit,
Today, I think, is the Record Date for the dividend. So, would this tend to make the MM's NOT trade amongst themselves today? Unless we start the day on an up-tick, I suppose. I guess what I should do is go back and look at the chart for the last Record Date, several months ago.

ps Sorry to hear about your brain being fried. Since I'm watching my cholesterol, I usually just like to stick my head in the microwave for say, 30 seconds on low.
