I did to but did not get filled-- I called and they are saying that I put it in at 4!!????

I put it in and Etrade accepted my order-- I went to real time and watched 10-15 trades go through-- every time I saw a 10k-- I clicked on "Open Orders" and it was still there..

I then went back to RT and watched a couple of sells to end the day-- I went back to Etrade and clicked "Open Orders" and "Message" appeared-- clicked on it and it said "Order Expired, please Re-Enter"-- NO HOW IN THE HELL DOES A SUPPOSEDLY "OPEN" ORDER AT 4PM "EXPIRE" AND WHY DID THEY ASK ME TO RE-ENTER???????

I know I put it in at 3:55 at the LATEST-- I trade and know what time it is! And why would they accept and order and keep it open (I kept clicking on "Open Orders") then say it EXPIRED-- how can a late order EXPIRE!!!!!
