Well, that's ugly. From what I see (correct me if I'm wrong) they are claiming a loss of $.90 / share for year ending 1997?

What was the OLD (and inaccurate) amount? I don't remember anymore but I'd love to know how much this has changed from the previous reports.

As suspected:

As of December 31, 1997 the Company was in violation of certain
covenants contained in the subordinated debenture agreement. The Company obtained a waiver of such violations in May 1998 which extends for one year.
