It always amazes me how good news can be translated into something negative. Boise Cascade is a big company with national awareness. This is a pretty handsome feather in TAVA' cap. It could be that Boise Cascade doesnt have their international portions together enough to let the contract for that portion, having nothing to do with their "trust" of TAVA. Also, it makes sense that they might like to have a month of working with TAVA (the best in their minds, or why would they have let the contract) before letting the balance of their operation, which they may intend to let to TAVA. It's just that I dont always jump to the negative, there could be other factors.

Why in the hell didn't they announce this 2 days ago. Two days ago it looks like good timing, today it looks like pressure from the market made them react. Two days ago, this announcement maybe takes out this monster seller without massive damage, today it looks like they are throwing the stock a life saver. "Timing is everything".... here it is in spades.
