Mike -- I don't see how you can go wrong at these levels. Even if the market pushes it lower, it'll come back. Edwards Co on Thursday said it upgraded its recommendation on shares of Texas Instruments Inc. to "accumulate" from "maintain" based on the stock's current price. Shares of the semiconductor and electronics maker were off 3/8 at 55-15/16 early Thursday afternoon, compared with a 52-week high of 71-1/4.<<<<
