Actually, I already got the bounce this morning, Now comes the rest of the day fade away. This was a pervasive pattern during the winter downtrend where the first 30 minutes was up and the rest of the day was down. Some said this was because the oil futures market opens 30 minutes after the stock market.

I don't know though

Long weekend is good for oil stocks, IMO. The possibility of world turmoil and the chances for oil supply disruptions make energy and metals relatively more desirable than other stocks over a long weekend when there is no market fluidity. Tulvio
