Not that this means anything, but are they selling it or do they even own it? Or did they just have their name on it as a result of a lease deal they worked out with the ownership of the building?

I know that around the November-December timeframe they downsized the graphics division and closed the office in Plano. Otherwise I do not believe they had any offices in the Dallas area, except perhaps a sales office, which would be very small and would not have its own building.
