Good Day! Dexx,

Thank you for drawing the JNNE news release to our attention! I am attracted to JNNE as an investment opportunity by several initiatives the company appears to be in the process of directing their efforts! Everything from some serious positive EPS projections in the future, a target to be a reporting company in August, and the participation and/ or affiliation with Mass Retailers/ merchandisers such as Costco in my opinion will bode well for a potentially exciting future for JNNE and it's shareholders!

As always these are just my own opinions and everyone should be comfortable and do what is right for them within the framework of their investment and risk guidelines and objectives!

Dexx! Since this appears to be a possible next significant development step for JNNE starting the new thread focusing on Mass Market/Merchandisers I feel is appropriate!

Also in my opinion, I find I have had to review Brad's overview several times, and each time a new potential positive jumps out at me!--I imagine as things change, develop, get revised, etc, that Brad will keep updating his Overview!-I just hope I can bring something to the party and add to Brad's ( in my opinion) overview in time!

Once again Dexx, thanks for the thread initiative and advisement of the JNNE News release this morning!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

I believe that dexx is a friendly person and that if we can all come to a consensus on a name change, he would be willing to do it. The reason that I am against creating a new thread is that I am following too many already. I do not want to add another one to the list of bookmarks. As well, we are more of a force unified in one thread. I do not want to miss someone's well thought of idea just because I wasn't willing to go through the messages in the NEW thread.

What do you think dexx??? Any luck in you wanting to change the name of the thread???

Cheers,
CK.

it will take time to grow this new business venture

I checked on JNNE press releases from 1992 thru this week via the Lexis-Nexis service. Good news is that there is no bad news like scams, etc. Joe Naughton appears to be an entrepreneur and has had several business ventures, all centered around visual info (TV, cable, video, etc.). This is his business and he knows it well, apparently well enough to take risks. Here's a quick synopsis, draw your own conclusions.

JNNE has always been a small capitalization stock. Spike Lee, Jr. has stayed his business partner thru all these dealings. The stock (according to the realtimequote.com charts) never stayed above $3 for very long, usually trading under a dollar.

Take for example the Real Estate Television Network (RETN). He announced its acquisition on 9/6/93 when the stock was around 0.25. Quick rise to above $3.00 then long descent to below $1.00 by the time he even announces a nationwide launch of RETN on 7/22/94. Never gets back to $3 by the time it is sold to ANFS on 8/8/96.

This guy is looking for a home run. Let's wish him well and hope to be in the bleachers if he hits one outta the park. Meanwhile, all the cheering and booing from the peanut gallery ain't gonna move this one.
