Maybe the current nervous thinking about LOR (vis-a-vis the future of Chinese launch vehicles) puts the gateway infrastructure contracts in some doubt, thus balancing Mexico...? Unless the price paid for Mexico is view as excessive... ? Tea leaves? Anyone for chicken entrails?

Re lack of response to the press release. As great a company as this is technically, Q has a long way to go on the pr/ marketing side of its business. When LU wins a $700 mill award in Mexico it is announced as a win. When Q wins spectrum for 90 mil POPS in MEX. it is announced that it is starting a new business. They have been working on the business side of this venture for sometime. How about an announcing they won spectrum and the new Mexican venture has selected Q for $500 mil infrastructure contract? Its an art not a science, however most people believe its like singing, everybody can. FWIW. Thanks
Web.
