Scott A covering of a margin is merely paying up for stock you already promised to buy, I dont count that as a loss. Yes BS's explanation is credible. He has been at the DoD money tree long enough to know what the boundaries are. That also applies to all his underlings. Security procedures were already established and ingrained in Loral prior to any dealings with China. It would be a larger corporate philosophy change not to use the established security procedures. It really lights my fire to have Congressman play politics with my money/retirement/life. Jeff Vayda
