Thanks for the cut and paste work and I will read later. The fact is he has something up his sleeve that will make you quiet and happy I suspect. You will come to the meeting laughing OMO it happen last year to me in this same vein. Maybe false hope but we will see and if I am wrong we can cause a riot.

Taxikid,

Something must have changed. I could get use to the NEW TAXIKID IMAGE. <g> Anyway, thanks! Meantime, have you increase position or still waiting for it to go a lot lower from here before doing that?

Also, since you live in New York, can you please bring a real solid "BASEBALL BAT" just in case this stock doesn't move much before the shareholders meeting in June. You'll try to find the time to attend don't you???

Just another 5 trading days before June 1st. If the Cohen analyst is right, news should start to pour soon that will support the stock while solidifying this story. Let's cross our fingers.

regards,
sycamore

That wa one hell of a post , thank you for all that work. I'm with you on the 3-4-5 item a no vote. All the officers make big money on the stock options even here at 2.25. Farris has been running the show since 1981 and in that time the co. has not made one red cent profit. He has had 17 years to show what he can do and we all can see what he has done. How can we get rid of all the officers and replace them with new people????? How can G Farris justify such a salary and options for such a lousy performance over 17 yrs. Thanks againTaxikid.

Taxi,

Good to hear from you and thanks for the scans. I especially appreciate reading unadulterated info ie: sans the "mumblings".

I'm still leary of this thing tho. The latest financing is just one more screwy step in a series of weirdness, IMO.

If you are going to the stockholders meeting, I may have to come with... a face to face between you and Faris Bueller would be worth the price of the trip.
