In my humble opinion it is not Asia we are trying to bail out but we are trying to hold ourselves together by bailing out Asia.

Come on, Rich! Those Poor Asians had their butts kicked real hard and they need our help. They were loaned lotsa 'useless' paper which the Westerners trashed in order to extract/finesse gold from them in return <ggg>. Real neat trick, eh, to get gold for useless paper, like in the good old days when the Whities got land from the Injuns in exchange for wampum/beads and trinkets!

You know it takes two to tango! The Asian Crisis was not entirely of their own making. A number of us Western greedy/unscrupulous bastards/sharks/manipulators contributed towards doing them in. Surely it behooves us to pull them up again, eh? Or else their problems will fester so much that we will become infected real bad sooner than later!!!
