Pretty sad, indeed, but also pretty true, in my opinion. But it's not just institutions, it's individuals as well--hearing a CNBC commentator mention that System Software has just announced bad news, and assuming that is the same company as Systemsoft and immediately calling their brokers or logging on and immediately selling SYSF. Of course, it probably works the other way too, as I wouldn't be surprised if SSAX goes down when SYSF reports bad news--I haven't tried to verify that correlation.
