I've talked with Waterhouse three times. They say it's illegal for *them* to sell stock without going through an MM. This is what I've heard for years. People can do it by exchanging certs, but brokerage houses have to go through an MM. If your guy really wants my shares he can call me.

The MM's have set the bid at $.50 and the ask as whatever. This is just standard market practice. It's not Waterhouse being nasty.

FWIW, it's sittin' there now Open.
